New for 2024: COMMIT-A

Not great? Could have been better? Can't wait to see the back of it?

As we approach the end of the year, many of us (myself included) will be planning for a better 2024. Whilst it's easy to see the new year as a clean break, a fresh start, and the possibility of feeling differently, it's sadly not that simple. The clock ticking from December to January doesn't change a thing. No "bad" habit, blocker, or limiting belief disappears overnight — it takes time, dedication, and someone to support you as you move forward.

This is why I've created a new service called COMMIT-A. It's a 13-week business coaching and accountability program designed for founders and solo practitioners who want and need things to change in 2024.

COMMIT-A is about bringing a focus to the things that will make a difference to your bottom line. It's about identifying and stopping the busy work and having a plan that you work on actively each week. It's about getting uncomfortable with things you know will make a difference but fill you with dread. It's about building a habit of action and progress. The only way things will change is if you change them. But it's far from easy — I know!

Along with identifying what matters, COMMIT-A will keep you accountable. Every week, for all 13 weeks, we'll check in and celebrate what went well, identify areas that didn't go well, and set the course for the next seven days.

Here's how it works

1. We'll kick off with a 90-minute deep dive into you and your business, where you are now and where you want to be. Together, we'll define what needs to be done to get there and how you will measure success.
2. Each week, you'll complete a short survey documenting your progress, highlighting what went well and what challenges you've faced.
3. Every other week, we'll meet for an hour for a 1-1 coaching session to celebrate successes, discuss what didn't go well, and focus on the coming week.
4. At the end of the program, we'll review the previous three months work and look forward to what's next for you and your business.

What's included?

The 13-week program includes:

• A 90-minute discovery and goal-setting working session
• Weekly accountability surveys to chart progress and keep you on track
• Anytime 1-1 access to me via Slack/Email/WhatsApp for the duration of the program
• Five 60-minute 1-1 online coaching sessions
• A 90-minute end-of-program review session
• Group cohort sessions (dependent on current cohort size)

What's the Price?

COMMIT-A costs £1,950 + VAT (if applicable) per person for the 13-week program. You can pay up-front by invoice or in three monthly installments of £650 + VAT via Stripe. That's the total cost, there are no hidden extras or upsells to this program.
