What's Happening?

Craft+Work is an intimate (maximum 50 participants) day built around personal stories and group conversations.

The London 2023 Craft+Work Cohort

Expect to get involved, share your ideas, and learn from others running creative, digital, and ecommerce businesses on their own terms.

Short, focused, and personal insights from invited experts followed by a group Q & A session.

Your chance to come to the front, sit on a stool, and dig into a topic of your choosing with your host.


Small group discussions centred around two or three key questions. A great opportunity to meet new people and gain new perspectives.

Group Discussions

We'll dig into the topics that are affecting your business and professional development and see where it takes us.

Evening Conversations

Discuss and disect the day with fellow attendees over a cold drink at a venue close to the citizenM.

This edition of Craft+Work will feature four invited presenters who have agreed to come along and share their stories and insights. Our lineup is 3/4 complete, and we'll publish full details soon.

In the meantime, here's a teaser of who'll be joining us:

  • A co-founder who built one of the most world-renowned ecommerce agencies, grew the team to 100+, worked with international brands, and exited a decade later
  • A solo entrepreneur who has spent the last decade supporting thousands of entrepreneurial professionals as a headhunter, talent advisor and coach

We're back at the Tower Hill citizenM once again. Situated a literal minute's walk from Tower Hill Underground station, it's easy to get to from all parts of the capital.

We'll be making use of Meeting Room 9. Don't be fooled (like us); it's actually meeting rooms four and five put together! It is a great meeting space, and there are plenty of breakout areas for our roundtable discussions.
