Refunds & Ticket Transfers

We are unable to provide refunds under any circumstances. However, we are happy to transfer your ticket(s) to a friend or colleague. Of course, if we cancel the event for any reason, you will be fully reimbursed.

Transferring your Ticket

Please notify us of any ticket transfers at least 72 hours before the event. To change a name, please email Keir, who'll be happy to help.

Changes to Published Presenters

We reserve the right to change the guest presenter lineup at any time. We'll do our best to notify you of any changes as soon as we can.

Photography, Video & Feedback

Once you register, you automatically give us permission to use any photography or video taken on the day. We also reserve the right to use any event-related social media, quotes, or feedback you might give in future material—fully credited, of course.

Accessibility

We strive to only host events in fully accessible venues. If you would like to attend a Craft+Work event and have any special requirements, please get in touch, and we will happily share all relevant venue details.

VAT

Events taking place in the UK will be displayed exclusive of 20% VAT. The full price, including VAT, will be clearly marked when purchasing tickets. If you need it our VAT number is 177672955.
