Company Details

• I own and run a limited company incorporated in 2004.
• It's registered in England & Wales and is listed as Metro 55 Limited. I trade as "Keir Whitaker" for simplicity.
• My company number is #05243642.

Value Added Tax (VAT)

• My UK VAT registration number is #177672955.
• If applicable, VAT will be charged at 20% and clearly stated on the invoice.

Billing & Payment

• Invoices are issued in advance in £GBP on seven-day payment terms.
• If we begin part way through a month or billing cycle, I'll issue a pro-rata invoice for the first period.
• I prefer direct bank transfer but am happy to accept card payment. Just mention it when we first speak.
