My 1–1 coaching and advisory service is designed for soloists, founders and leaders who need a trusted advisor without the commitment of a long-term program. Unlike traditional coaching programs, it's flexible, fitting around your schedule and needs.

You bring the challenges. I help you make sense of them, shape a practical way forward, and stay on track. We talk, review, refine — and you stay in the driver's seat.

  • Kickoff Deep Dive — Every engagement begins with a short survey and a longer working session to dig into your business, challenges, and goals. We'll get clear on where you are and what needs to happen next.
  • Workings Sessions — We'll meet twice a month for focused 60-minute calls (more if needed). These are for tackling roadblocks, bouncing around ideas, and keeping you on track.
  • Anytime Access — Got a question, idea, or mini-crisis between sessions? Message me anytime via WhatsApp, Slack, or email. I'm here to help as things come up — not just when we're on a call.

Events are a highly effective way to connect with your audience, build community, and show off what you do best. But let's be honest, they are a juggling act that eats up time and energy. I can help.

Over the past 20 years, I've unintentionally built a second career planning and running events for technology brands and agencies — from grassroots meetups to multi-day international conferences.

I don't just handle marketing (though that's a big part of it); I dive into the nuts and bolts — crafting themes, curating speakers, liaising with AV teams, writing attendee comms, and making sure everything runs smoothly.
