Who I Help

The majority of my clients are soloists and founders working in the Shopify Partner ecosystem (learn why I specialise in Shopify). If you see yourself in the descriptions below, there's a very good chance we'll work well together.

How we work together will depend on your business and what you want to achieve. Here's how we get started:

Choose the Right Approach — We'll determine whether a flexible month-to-month retainer, a project-based package, or a one-off consultation is the best fit for your needs. Many clients choose a month-to-month retainer starting around £995 per month (+ VAT if applicable), which includes ongoing strategy, implementation support, and tailored advice.
Month-to-Month Flexibility — If you opt for the month-to-month retainer, there's no long-term commitment — you can cancel at any time. If you decide to cancel mid-month, you won't be billed for the following month, but please note that refunds are not given for the current month.
Tailored to Your Needs — Once we've figured out the right fit, I'll tailor the package to match your business goals. Whether that's long-term strategy or a more focused, one-off project, we'll define exactly what you'll get.

Q: Is Flight Deck just strategy, or do you help with implementation too?

It's both. I'll help you figure out what to do — then I'll help you actually do it. That could mean shaping your messaging, planning content, reviewing campaigns, prepping for an event, or talking through tricky team decisions. I'm not just in your corner — I'm in the work with you.

Q: How does it work?

It starts with a conversation. We'll chat about what's going on in your business, what you need help with, and whether I'm the right person to support you. If it's a fit, we'll agree a setup that makes sense — then get to work. It's flexible, collaborative, and designed to evolve as you do.

Q: How much does it cost?

Flight Deck retainers typically starts from £995 per month (+VAT if applicable). That includes strategic support, regular check-ins, async feedback, and implementation help tailored to your business. If you need something more focused or short-term, I also take on smaller projects and one-off sessions.

Q: Is there a long-term commitment?

Nope. Flight Deck is a monthly retainer — you can cancel any time. If you decide to stop mid-month, you won't be billed again, though refunds aren't offered for time already booked.

Q: Who is this for?

I work best with solo founders and small teams who are building something great but need extra help turning ideas into action. Most of my clients are in the Shopify ecosystem — agencies, app companies, and service providers — but I also work with other independent, product-led businesses.

Q: I'm based outside of the UK. Can we still work together?

Absolutely. I work with clients in Europe, the USA (EST & PST), Canada and beyond. Some early starts and late finishes on either side may be required, but we usually make it work!

Q: Why is it called Flight Deck?

It stems from my love of the Jet Age — the optimism, the style, and the ambition. The Flight Deck is where decisions get made, courses get corrected, and journeys stay on track. It's the centre of operations — and that's exactly how I want to show up in your business. I'm not here to spectate. I'm part of the crew, helping you fly further, faster, and with less turbulence.
