👋 Hello!

I'm Keir. I help soloists and founders in the Shopify Partner ecosystem grow their businesses — through better marketing, smarter decisions, and sharper positioning. Am I a consultant, coach or advisor? I think it's fair to say a bit of all three.

I've spent the last 20 years working in the web, tech, and ecommerce industries. I started out as a web developer, morphed into product marketing and was the second hire on Shopify's nascent Partnerships team. For the last six years I've been building my own consulting practice.

I've had a few wins and experienced many failures, each teaching me invaluable lessons. Today, I channel this knowledge and expertise into supporting Shopify-focused soloists and founders through my 1-1 work and events like Craft+Work.
