What is Craft+Work?

Born from a gathering of Shopify-focused entrepreneurs but equally valuable to those working in adjacent creative and digital industries (e.g. advertising, ecommerce, marketing, and SEO, design etc.), the day consists of discussion, sharing, and peer learning focused on personal growth and professional development. If you want to build a better business, this is the event for you.

Participation is capped at 50 people, and the day will consist of a mix of guest presenters, intimate roundtables, and open and honest group discussions. This isn't your average "sit and stare" event — instead, come prepared to get involved.

The London 2023 Craft+Work Cohort

Themes will include culture, leadership, marketing, mentoring, operations, partnerships, pricing, and selling (your products and/or your business). Come with an open mind and leave with a head full of ideas you can try in your business.

Who's it For?

Everyone is welcome, but you'll likely get the most from the day if you consider yourself one of these:

  • Founder — You run your own agency, development business or consultancy
  • Leader — You're heavily involved in the strategy and day-to-day running of your business or are making the move from individual contributor to a leadership role
  • Expert/Consultant — You are exceptional in your field of work and are hired to solve big problems in a strategic manner.

If you're unsure whether Craft+Work is a good fit for you, please get in touch, and we can work it out together.

Where and When?

The exact dates are TBC, but the hope is to offer three options for you to attend in 2024:

  • January 2024 — London, UK
  • April 2024 — New York City, USA
  • September 2024 — London, UK

Present at Craft+Work

Would you like to share your insights, experiences, fears and challenges with a small group of like-minded business people? Presentations are slide free and are a maximum of 20 minutes in length. These sessions help set the themes for the day and serve as deeper conversation starters.
